We scope the role with you, search the Aussie Fractionals board and our wider network, and bring you a shortlist of leaders who have done this work at your stage. We manage the conversations through to an agreed start date and scope.
We run your fractional search exclusively, and you pay nothing until your leader starts.
Once your leader starts, we invoice a fixed monthly fee set from the scope you agree with them. You pay the leader directly for their work. Give us 30 days' notice when the engagement changes or ends, and we adjust or stop the invoice.
If your fractional leader joins you permanently, a conversion fee applies, reducing the longer they've worked with you.
