Megan founded Kairos after years working across enterprise recruitment - and deciding she wanted to work with the people actually building the future.

Having started her career in startups, she knew the work was different. The pace, the stakes, the kind of judgement it took to hire well in environments that change quickly. She wanted to build a recruitment business that meant more than flicking CVs - one that worked alongside founders and hiring leaders to design hiring properly, attract better, and assess beyond the page.

Kairos was built to be that business.

Through AFC, Kairos publishes The Startup Shortlist - a curated newsletter for people who want to work in Australian startups, and the foundation for a proper community and infrastructure we are building for startup talent.
