Refer a Client
Join Our Partnership Program Are you regularly in touch with businesses that are seeking exceptional talent? Partner with us to empower their growth. Book a call to discuss how we can collaborate under clearly defined terms to drive mutual success.
Your Reward: Earn a rewarding 10% commission by connecting us with new clients.
For lower-tier services including our cofounder search and DIY recruitment support, enjoy a 10% commission for up to 24 months or until the referred client initiates their first higher-tier service agreement – whichever comes first.
Additionally, if the client engages in higher-tier work, such as an embedded recruiter agreement or traditional agency setup, you will earn commission on placements that are picked up during the first six months of work, regardless of when they are actually placed.

Candidate Referrals - Refer Top Talent: Know someone perfect for a role at an innovative startup or scaleup? Submit their details through our online form. If your candidate is new to us and gets hired within 6 months, we’ll thank you with a $250 eftpos gift card as a token of our appreciation.
